RETURN POLICY

College Shoe Shop is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!  You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. When trying on footwear,  please walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your footwear fits properly. Merchandise must be in new condition (box, tags, and all packaging intact). No questions asked and no restocking fees!

  1. If you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond in a timely manner with further instructions on how to return your item(s).

  1. If you believe that your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  2. If the item is incorrect, defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases such as exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
  3. For exchanges: Please ship footwear back to College Shoe Shop using a shipping carrier of your choice. Once the merchandise is processed at our facility the new merchandise will be shipped to you.
  4. To cancel an order, please contact College Shoe Shop as soon as possible. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (479)521-4876. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our facility.
  5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
  6. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return sender, but in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
  7. In most cases the refund will be only to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  8. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the ship date.
